The current Pacamara from Finca Los Congos was born of the collaboration of coffee shop and coffee farm. This is producer direct trade at its finest. Rina Paguaga and her father Don Rene Paguaga have worked with Insight since its founding and have supported our efforts to educate our customers on the concepts of farming, processing and milling. The result is the "processing series" of their famous Pacamara coffee. Traditionally washed, the Paguagas now processes this specific coffee as washed, honey, and natural.

The Natural Pacamara is heavy and sweet with ripe fruit flavors. On the finish, we taste a bit of holiday spice and nuttiness. Overall, it's a low intensity coffee, perfect for early mornings.
