The current Pacamara from Finca Los Congos was born of the collaboration of coffee shop and coffee farm. This is producer direct trade at its finest. Rina Paguaga and her father Don Rene Paguaga have worked with Insight since its founding and have supported our efforts to educate our customers on the concepts of farming, processing and milling. The result is the "processing series" of their famous Pacamara coffee. Traditionally washed, the Paguagas now processes this specific coffee as washed, honey, and natural.

The Honey Processed Pacamara is heavier with complex floral and turpentine characteristics. These give way to the lingering finish of nougat and toffee. This coffee has been an Insight exclusive for years and we're happy to be bringing it to you again this year.
