The current Pacamara from Finca Los Congos was born of the collaboration of coffee shop and coffee farm. This is producer direct trade at its finest. Rina Paguaga and her father Don Rene Paguaga have worked with Insight since its founding and have supported our efforts to educate our customers on the concepts of farming, processing and milling. The result is the "processing series" of their famous Pacamara coffee. Traditionally washed, the Paguagas now processes this specific coffee as washed, honey, and natural.

The Washed Pacamara is clean and juicy with tropical flavors reminiscent of the coffee fruit. The finish is light and effervescent with a mild, yet complex root beer float sweetness.
