Old Tree Yunnan Red comes from an old grove of wild trees that are naturally organic.  Picked in April 2017, and shade-withered to bring out clarity and sweetness.  The result is balanced with the round sweetness of an aged bourbon.  Notes of lychee, red plum and sweet vermouth.
