Abundant rainfall in this region of Rwanda provides fresh mountain water used to process this fully washed Nyamasheke. Like many coffees from northern Africa, this was produced by a co-op of small farmers that blend their coffees together, being careful to separate based on quality, seed size, and flavor profile.

The end result is light, earthy and herbaceous with a sweetness mimicking a ripe stonefruit. A slight acidity lingers in the finish.
