Insight is thrilled to continue its relationship with the The Pèrez family of Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Growing quality coffee for several generations, grandfathers and grandchildren producing side by side, the San Antonio Chaguite farm near the western border brings us a particularly special coffee.

This Caturra, produced by William H Pèrez, is grown on a steep mountainside between 1,575m and 2,000m above sea level. The high altitude of this micro region causes the coffee to grow a bit slower, allowing the sugars in the fruit to develop more depth and complexity.

Milled at the Pèrez family’s state-of-the-art milling facility on the outskirts of the city of Huehuetenango, the San Antonio Chaguite is intensely creamy and rich. Cacao nib and marzipan richness lays he foundation for crisp, sweet fruit notes of Fuji apple and cherry.
