Flavor Notes: Baker's Chocolate | Toasted Marshmallow
A pioneer in the Cerrado region, the history of the Barinas Farm and its family dates back to 1820, when Mrs. Thereza Tomasia and her family arrived in Araxá. Currently led by Márcio Borges Castro Alves, the Barinas Farm has been passed down through seven generations, and continues the vision of Alberto Castro Alves, when he began planting coffee in 1950.
With notes of baker's chocolate, malt, and toasted marshmallow, look for the Barinas in our Cold Brew and Southside Blends.
