This is a collection of smallholder coffees from a town in the state of Veracruz called Cosautlan de Carvajal. Smallholder farmers grow several types of crops to support their families, so they typically have very small coffee harvests. To create a higher yield, each smallholder's coffee is blended with coffee of similar quality and flavor profile. The farmers in this town grow some of the best coffee we’ve had out of Veracruz thus far. Our friends at IPCoffees have carefully blended these coffees, then exported and imported them for us.

The Cosautlan de Carvajal is vibrant on the front, leaving a rich and warm cognac finish. Maple and spice round out this smooth yet sturdy coffee and make it an instant go-to in the winter months.
