This farm was purchased 5 years ago by Thelma de Gutierrez and with the help of her husband, they have been transforming it into a high production farm nevertheless always maintaining the best quality. New varieties resistant to the roya fungus are being planted, such as Sarchimor. Shade trees are managed to protect the plants during the dry season but also to preserve the fauna found in the canopy of this region.

This coffee has a complex sweetness that is somewhere between fruity and sweet pastries. Notes of rich tiramisu and marzipan make this a delightful dessert coffee.
