Flavor Notes: Jujube | Sherry | Chestnut
The Colombia Nariño Fiesta is grown by the Finca La Guamera plantation in the Nariño region, located in the south-western corner of Colombia. The farmers in this pocket are very conscious of their environment and the cultural/economic stability of their community.
Grown up to 2250 meters, the Nariño is very complex and vibrant. The producers process their coffees washed, honey, and naturally. We tasted all three and thought that the natural was the most unique and exciting. The flavor profile is playful, with a hard candy sweetness and a fruity wine character. A subtle chestnut finish lingers only briefly.
