The Cooperativa Departmental de Caficultores de Risaralda (COOPCAFER) provides support to more than 4,000 producers in Risaralda though technical and practical assistance, such as climate controlled storage to protect coffee, an education fund for University scholarships, local healthcare facilities, a life insurance program for producers, and pension plan for its members.
